The Fordyce ~ Urfirer Residence Project, located in Park City, Utah, is currently in Phase One of its remodel. Our scope includes the installation of new swing doors along with the relocation and reconditioning of existing ones, as well as the installation of double doors, pocket doors, and corresponding frames. Door sweeps are also being incorporated where required.

In addition, our work covers the installation of wood baseboards and skirts, door casings, plumb furring for window openings, opening frames, crown molding, and transom window frames. Special features include chandelier bases, radius beam bases, Tongue and Groove (T&G) ceilings, decorative ceiling beams, and wood caps for metal handrails.
