1. PURPOSE OF THIS GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
This Official Guarantee Certificate is issued by MasterCraft Interiors, LLC and forms a legally binding part of the contract entered into with the client identified above. Its purpose is to define the scope, conditions, and execution procedures of the guarantees offered as part of our brand promise.

2. MASTERCRAFT INTERIORS GUARANTEE
MasterCraft Interiors, LLC guarantees the following:
• Flawless finish carpentry and workmanship, performed to the highest industry standards.
• On-time delivery, subject to client readiness (all work areas accessible and materials provided in accordance with agreed specifications and schedules).
• Clean, safe, and ready-to-use areas at the end of each stage of work.
• Ongoing communication with weekly progress reports and guaranteed responses to any client inquiry within 24 hours.

3. GUARANTEE COMMITMENTS
If MasterCraft Interiors, LLC fails to fulfill any of the obligations outlined above, and the client has met all conditions required for project execution, the client will have the right to:
• Receive compensation equal to 150% of the affected value, or
• Request immediate correction at no additional cost, with issue resolution within 72 hours, or
• Request a partial or full refund, proportionate to the scope of the non-compliance, at the client’s discretion.

4. CONDITIONS FOR GUARANTEE ENFORCEMENT
This guarantee applies only under the following conditions:
• The client has provided full access to the designated work areas according to the agreed schedule.
• All materials to be provided by the client have been supplied in full and according to the agreed specifications and timelines.
• Any delays, interruptions, or changes caused by the client will be formally documented by MasterCraft Interiors and may extend project completion dates.
• MasterCraft Interiors reserves the right to reschedule work in case areas are not ready; however, the commitment to complete the project remains in full force.

5. EXCLUSIONS
This guarantee does not cover damages, delays, or complications arising from:
• Third-party interference or work unrelated to MasterCraft Interiors.
• Water leaks or humidity issues not caused by our work.
• Electrical failures, structural issues, or mechanical defects unrelated to the carpentry work performed.
• Physical damage (scratches, dents, impacts) caused by the client, their contractors, or other third parties.
• Improper climate control, including excessive humidity, lack of ventilation, or extreme temperature fluctuations impacting material integrity.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or installations after our work has been completed.

6. EXECUTION OF THE GUARANTEE
In the event of non-compliance, the client must follow the procedure below to enforce the guarantee:
a. Notify MasterCraft Interiors, LLC in writing by email at guarantees@mcfinteriors.com or by phone at 801 435 8046.
b. Provide detailed documentation, including photos or videos, describing the issue and its impact.
c. Complete and sign the attached Guarantee Claim Form.
d. MasterCraft Interiors will respond within 24 hours of receiving the claim and commit to providing a resolution or corrective action within 72 hours.

7. LEGAL VALIDITY
This Guarantee Certificate is a legally binding document, recognized and enforceable under the laws of the State of Utah. It is considered an integral part of the contract entered into with MasterCraft Interiors, LLC.
In the event of any dispute or legal action regarding the execution of this guarantee, the jurisdiction will be the appropriate courts of the State of Utah, with venue in Salt Lake County, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
