If not, we’ll refund up to 150% of the affected value.

    Any failure to meet these conditions will be formally communicated and will directly impact the schedule.

We offer flexibility to reschedule work dates if areas are not ready, without abandoning the project.

a. CUSTOMER GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Includes:

  • Client’s name, project details, location, contract amount, start date, and estimated completion date.
  • A clear promise of quality, on-time delivery, cleanliness, ongoing communication, and full commitment.
  • A clear statement of flexibility to reschedule if work areas are not ready.
  • Important conditions and exclusions (damages caused by third parties, leaks, humidity, electrical issues, improper climate control, impacts, misuse, etc.).
  • A step-by-step procedure for executing the guarantee.
  • Independent legal validity.

B. LETTER OF UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE COMMITMENT

A document that reassures the client of our unconditional commitment to:

  • Never leave a project unfinished.
  • Adapt and reschedule as needed.
  • Fully complete every job, no matter how small or how many visits are required.

C. GUARANTEE CLAIM FORM

A simple form for the client to:

  • Report an issue.
  • Attach supporting evidence (photos/videos).
