She represents the fourth generation of a family dedicated to carpentry, inheriting a deep understanding of finish carpentry processes and fine woodworking craftsmanship. This legacy has provided her with a unique perspective that blends both technical expertise and strategic business insight.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Project Management Certificate, Karla combines her academic background with extensive experience in management and business development. She has successfully led community and sports programs, as well as strategic partnership initiatives, enhancing her ability to build strong relationships and generate growth opportunities for the company.

Her journey also includes an accomplished career as a professional basketball player, during which she represented her country’s national team. This high-performance sports experience has instilled in her discipline, determination, and a results-driven mindset—qualities she now applies to driving the expansion and market positioning of MASTERCRAFT INTERIORS.
